Thank you. It was an experiment to see if my customers would like this texture and flavour more.The flavor and texture of the Durban candies is incredible plus the taste which is amazing
I guess I'll be switching to this new recipe
. It requires air-drying which can take days, so I might still use the old recipe every now and then in case I run out of stock and need to send new stock very quickly.
